How to Upload Shipping Documents
How to Upload Proof of Weight
The Proof of weight (POW) is a document containing pictorial or video evidence of the volumetric and actual weight of a package. The proof of weight reduces the possibility of being charged for a varying weight on your shipment from the declared weight. An Ideal POW image or video should show your package on a scale or with a measuring tape.
Follow the steps below to upload POW:
- When booking your shipment, on the add item page, you will see the prompt to upload a proof of weight file.
- Click on it and select the files you created as proof of weight.
- You can upload as many documents as you need here, but one or two can work effectively.

How to Upload Proof of Purchase
When shipping internationally, the Proof of Purchase (POP) is necessary as it indicates the package’s value. In most instances, this document is just a receipt showing the payment made for the package at the time of purchase.
An Ideal Proof of Purchase should show the item’s cost, the seller’s, and the buyer’s information. It should be signed or stamped.
Follow the steps below to upload POP:
- When booking an international shipment, on the add item page, you will see the prompt to upload a proof of weight file alongside a proof of purchase file.
