Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Executive to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organisation. Your goal will be to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations.

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Handle customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information about service offerings.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm their needs are met and issues are resolved.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and policies.
  • Keep up with industry trends and provide recommendations for improving customer success processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer success role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, customer support software, and CRM systems.
