Due to new customs regulations, you may have to pay customs duty for your international UPS shipments. These charges are determined by the destination country authorities and can vary based on shipment value and local regulations.

Hey there! To ship medication to the USA, doctors' prescriptions, a copy of the recipient's passport, and a personal medication form are required.
All shipments to the UK with DHL must now provide proof of purchase. This includes ShiptoNaija and Anka deliveries
Attention customers: Shipments to certain countries (Libya, Syria, DR Congo, Sudan, Cameroon, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Somalia, Yemen, Afghanistan, Burundi, Mali, Niger, Ukraine, Burkina Faso, and Lebanon) are now classified as Restricted or Elevated areas by DHL and other carriers.
A surcharge of N100,000 will apply.

FedEx is temporarily restricting dropping off of packages in Lagos to the FedEx RSE hub in Aviation Estate.
Pick-ups will still occur as normal.
Effective today, FedEx won't be handling medication package clearances to Canada anymore.
Consignees will get a call informing them of the package's arrival and will have to self-clear it at the Customs Border Patrol Office.

While accepting medication shipments to Canada, please inform shippers that the receivers are responsible for the clearance of their packages.
FedEx now charges a fee for adding shipping documents to a package. If your shipment isn’t adequately documented, you’ll be charged N500 per sheet for FedEx to include documentation.
A simple way to avoid this fee is to attach all necessary and accurate documents to your package before shipping. This will save you money and ensure that your package goes through the shipping process smoothly.

Dear Customer, be sure to attach an evidence of the value you declare when shipping a package to the UK. It can be a purchase receipt or a bank transfer receipt. This will help avoid delays.

Pick Up
- For bike orders, our pick-up time is between 8 and 10 a.m daily.
- Please note that orders placed after 10 a.m. will be processed the next day.
Local Delivery
- Deliveries within each state typically take 24 to 48 hours.
- In Lagos, we have a special schedule: We deliver to extreme locations like Badagry, Agbara, Epe, Arepo, and Mowe, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Interstate Delivery
- For most states, our delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. However, please be aware that for states like Benue, Kogi, Akwa Ibom, and Cross Rivers,it may take up to 7 working days due to the farther distance.
International Delivery
- Our international delivery timeline is typically between 3 to 7 working days.

FedEx has implemented a new practice of verifying the Volumetric Weight of shipments made through flyers, which is akin to DHL's process.
This extends to other DHL carriers, including Ship to Naija and ANKA.
Effective immediately, all export packages must conform to the following dimensions and weight per piece to enable 100% scanning via the X-ray machine at the RSE Export Unit:
A maximum length of 105 cm, a maximum breadth of 55 cm, a maximum height of 44 cm, and a maximum actual weight of 30 kg per carton.
Non-compliant packages will be subject to a 100% physical check, causing additional delays.
Exceptions will be made for packages such as machine parts and large artwork that cannot be broken into multiple pieces but will undergo a physical inspection. Packages with a carton weight of 15 kg should be shrink-wrapped. FedEx / Red Star Express will not be liable for confiscated packages containing concealed items.
Dear Customers, When dropping off your packages at Ship To Naija, kindly attach your invoice. It will help shorten the processing time for faster deliveries.
Ship To Naija measures volumetric weight in pounds (lbs) and not in kilograms (kg).
You can easily convert from kilograms to pounds by using this formula: Length x Breadth x Height (measured in inches)/139
UK: Well packed, vacuum sealed and up to a weight of 20kg (can be packed in more than 1 piece).
US: Well packed, vacuum sealed and up to a weight of 20kg (can be packed in more than 1 piece).
Canada: Subject to acceptance by the FDA, hence is 50/50 and the receiver can check with the local office before shipping.
Australia; Goods which are not commercially packaged or easily identifiable by botanical/product name will be seized and destroyed by Biosecurity.
Mandatory inspection on arrival to verify labelling correct and packaging clean and new, at cost of importer. Failure to comply with above will result in lengthy delays and/or destruction.

Hey there, here are some of the prohibited items at STN:
- Prohibited: Beans, Rice, Dairy products, Locust Beans, Kolanut, Bitter Kola, Herbs, Herbal sticks, Fashion items with foreign trademarks
- Prohibited to the USA: Vegetables, Egusi, Snail, Ugba
- Prohibited to the UK: Egusi
- Prohibited to Australia: Breadfruit, Snail
- Fish must be packaged with a maximum shipment weight of 20kg per waybill
- Snail and periwinkle (except Australia and USA) must be packaged with a maximum shipment weight of 2kg per waybill
- Food items shipped to European countries and Australia must be commercially packed
- All food items going to the USA must go with the proper phyto
- Eyeglasses & lenses must go with drop ball test certificate
- Medications must go with a medical report, SSN No of receiver or copy of passport data page, and personal medical form
- Artwork & Artefact must go with the museum certificate
- Branded food items must go with an FDA Certificate
- All shipments going to European countries must go with a purchase receipt and proof of payment
- Bottle water must be packaged with a maximum quantity of 3 per waybill
- Prohibited: All forms of seeds, jewelry, watches valued more than EUR 10,000, liquid foods, and provisions.
Food items to the USA must have the proper phyto; no photocopies or handwritten documents will be accepted.
- Vegetable and snail shipments to the USA are restricted.
- Herbs, herbal supplements, and agbo are prohibited.
- Fashion items with popular trademarks (Addidas, Nike, Gucci, Rolex, etc.) are also prohibited.
ShipToNaija no longer accepts shipments to Australia containing snails due to customs restrictions, which results in the destruction or return of such packages.
Starting tomorrow, customers can ship up to 20kg of fish in a box.
Kindly be informed that these can be shipped to the US, UK, Canada and Australia: Powder, Toothpaste, Tomato paste.
1 litre of palm oil/ Groundnut oil, Milo, Milk (poured in a vacuum nylon) are still not allowed.
Dear Shippers,
Snail to Australia is prohibited, and all food items going to Australia must be commercially packed. If the snails are not commercially packed, they are either be destroyed or returned with a charge.
